Leadership skills and development

I believe if one wants to grow in their field or simply grow as a person, it is key to read. Only through reading can one learn new thoughts, new ways of thinking, new ways of solving issues and adding new information to oneself. There isn't anything better than to learn more and more and that is simply through reading. If you have the skill to read you must utilise it, even if it means reading one sentence a day. But read.
