Book Review: Swara Yoga


 Swara Yoga: The Tantric's Science of Brain Breathing. 


During this pandemic we all have been asked to learn the art of 'breathing' using techniques of 'yoga' - Pranayama. However, very few of us really know the techniques and most of all its benefits besides strengthening our lungs and calming our mind from anxiety.

I picked this book from one of my favorite local bookstores 'New Midland' along with some other books that I will later upload. 

As we understand Yoga is a science. A scientific way of life and this book explains us some of the key ways to use our breathing to enhance our lives and thought process. I would recommend this book to people who avidly practice Yoga and Pranayama and would like to enhance their skills further.
